Orders & Returns
Products offered through the Website are for purchases and worldwide delivery.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order details; this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order will be finalized when we ship the merchandise, at which time you will receive a second email with your tracking number and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
Estefanía will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or has erroneous data or omits data necessary for its location.
Estefania has the right to cancel her order if the product is out of stock. For items that are ordered and labeled "Pre-Order" or ordered as "Custom-made", please allow us up to 30 business days (unless otherwise noted) to ship your order from our warehouse.Although we usually ship out in significantly less, this time is used to ensure the quality meets our standard prior to shipping.
International shipping is offered to all countries.
Our orders are shipped via DHL Express, who handle the delivery of your order.
For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The buyer / consignee authorizes Estefania to import the merchandise on her behalf. In addition, the consignee / buyer agrees that Estefania may delegate the obligation to import the goods on her behalf to a subcontractor (for example, a customs broker). The consignee will pay taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Our orders are shipped between 5 and 8 days work days, this may vary depending on customs retention and local authorities.
Shipping Terms For Sale Items
Except for goods arriving damaged or otherwise required by law, sale or discount items are considered final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available.
Returns and Exchanges
Estefania accepts returns and exchanges only on full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 7 days of receipt. Return or exchanges requests made after 7 days of receipt are only eligible for store credit. The merchandise must be returned in the same condition as shipped to be eligible for an exchange. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Once a return has been delivered back to Estefania, it can take up to 10 business days (M-F) to inspect & process a return. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent once processed.
Please note, return and exchange shipping fees will NOT be refunded at the time of item exchange. The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
Purchases made under discounts or promotions are FINAL sales. To make your changes please contact us, one of our team members will review your case and respond within 48 business hours with instructions on the exchange or return process if your case has been approved. Please note that you should NOT send any packages to us without our approval. These packages will not be accepted and will not be considered our responsibility.
Estefania is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
