COVID-19

  To ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and to help fight the spread of COVID-19, we have made changes to the way that we prepare and ship orders. Deliveries may take slightly longer than usual. An email with shipping details  will be sent as soon as your order has been picked up by our currier. We would like to apologize for any delays  in advance.

 

Products offered through the Website are for purchases and worldwide delivery.

 

ORDERS

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order; this email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Acceptance of your order will be perfected when we ship the merchandise, at which time you will receive a second email containing you tracking number, and confirming that your order has been shipped.

ESTEFANIA will not be responsible for errors in delivery when the shipping address indicated in the order is not correct or have wrong data or omitted data necessary for its location.

Estefania has the right to cancel your order if the product is out of stock            

 

ORDERS WITHIN COLOMBIA

ESTEFANIA shipping is currently free for national (Colombia) orders (MASKS are exempt from free shipping) . Our orders are shipped through Coordinadora, which are responsible for the delivery of your order. 

Shipping time within Colombia is typically 4-6 business days, this time frame does not apply for articles on sale or special promotions.

For items that are ordered and at the moment are labeled as “Pre-Order” or are requested as "Custom-made" please allow us up to 30 business days (unless noted otherwise) to dispatch your order from our warehouse. Although we usually ship out in significantly less, this time is used to ensure the quality meets our standard prior to shipping.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is offered to a limited number of countries. Please enter your address upon check out to see if you are eligible for international shipping.

Our orders are shipped through DHL Express, which are responsible for the delivery of your order. 

 

For international orders, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The buyer/consignee authorizes ESTEFANIA to import the goods on his or her behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that ESTEFANIA may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his or her behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods. Our orders are deliverer in between 5-8 days, this may vary depending on customs retentions and local authorities.

SHIPPING TERMS FOR SALE ITEMS

Except for goods that arrive damaged or as may be otherwise required by law, sale items are considered final sale, with no refunds or exchanges available.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Estefania does NOT offer refunds on returned items, the customer may exchange items within 1-7 days after receiving their package. Currently, we offer exchanges via a return of your original order and store credit to place a new order for the exchange item of your choice. As with exchanges, please ship your exchange items back in the original packaging so there is no damage to the merchandise in transit back to Estefania.

The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. Estefania boxes should not be used as the actual shipping box.

Please note, return and exchange shipping fees will not be credited back upon return. The customer is responsible  for all return and exchange shipping costs.  

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Estefania and designer garment tags still attached. Returns for exchanges that do not meet our policy will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your exchange is complete.

No price adjustments for prior purchases.

All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

Please contact  us regarding your exchange, one of our Care team members will review your case and will respond within 48 business hours with instructions on the exchange process if your case has been approved. If 7 days or more have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. Please note, DO NOT send us any packages without our approval. These packages will not be accepted and not considered our responsibility.

Please note that ESTEFANIA may not accept liability for any Products or other goods returned to us outside our own return labels. 

Estefania is not responsible for shipments lost in transit. We are not liable for any lost or damaged packages.
